Matt Sridhar, President
Matt Sridhar is the founder of Timi Properties and is responsible for
overseeing the company's strategic investments and day to day operations in
finance, development, brokerage and property management. Mr. Sridhar has
over 10 years of experience in acquiring, financing, managing and developing
real estate. As a licensed broker and general contractor, he frequently
lectures for the City of San Jose. Mr. Sridhar holds an M.S. in Engineering Economics from Stanford
University and B.S. in Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley.
Anjali Sridhar, Vice President of Property Management
Anjali Sridhar is the cofounder of Timi Properties and is responsible
for growing and managing the property management business under Timi
Properties. In this role, she manages leasing, rent collection, accounting,
maintenance and renovations. Ms. Sridhar has over 10 years of experience in
managing residential and commercial buildings throughout the SF/Bay Area.
Her project management experience includes senior, director-level positions
in Brooks Automation and KLA-Tencor. Ms. Sridhar holds a B.S. degree in Computer
Science with honors from the University of California, Davis and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
