Commercial Financing
Timi Capital offers a broad mix of commercial real estate loans in California to meet the needs of todays investors.
On apartment loans, we can lend at a 1:15 DCR and offer high leverage (75% LTV) and non-recourse loans.
We also provide financing for shopping centers (both anchored and unanchored) and office buildings.
